Well, i finally went camping. What an experience. And yes, i would do it again. As long as we stay somewhere there are toilets and showers again. I dont think i would cope if i really had to rough it!
We went out to Montagu and spent the night in a campsite there. Yes, this city girl actually slept in a tent on the floor with no mattress. I took no make up or anything like that with me. I was quite impressed with myself. Never thought i would make it and i did. Even if it was only for one night. On Saturday morning Shane went fishing at the dam and caught 2 fish. Chane and i caused havoc trying to climb on the silly boat with peddals, but we still had lots of fun. We then decided to pack up and go somewhere else. We jumped in the car and trekked off to Betty's Bay. Stopped and saw some really amazing sites along the way. Thank goodness we packed up and left when we did because the rain decided to come and visit. We ended up staying at a friend of Shane's house on Saturday night, which was cool coz we didnt have to sleep in the rain. Not sure if i would have coped with that.

ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a ball - I am really hectic not sure if I can squeeze a trip in with the delays here on the site we will be testing. I will send you a full update though with Kay on Sunday - I will also send your bear and other goodies. I have put aside a wedding album for madam which is packed with goodies for you to prepare. I will also send pamphlets to hand out on the day - you will be perfect! I am still working on the commission structure but the proposal goes to the bank today for a merchant number for the credit card facilities. I may ask you to put a transaction through when we go live to test but will deposit the money straight back - you need to be on stand by next week to test the site I am relying on you, tash and Dee to test it before we advertise!
